EDUCATION AND ERADICATING HUNGER
THE AKSHAYA PATRA FOUNDATION
TTP is a regular supporter of the free mid-day meals programme to school children in various government schools in semi-urban and rural areas where access for nutrition and wholesome food is a challenge. This programme is part of ISKCON initiative through its Akshaya Patra Foundation.
TTP has been supporting the initiative by sponsoring transport vehicles to enable supply of food from its kitchens to various locations of schools in different parts of Bangalore and Mangalore.
In addition to the vehicles TTP has provided kitchen equipment for the above cause.
